JULIE HALDE
District 5
Julie Halde grew up in TMR. After spending several years living in other cities around the world, Julie returned to TMR in 2005 to raise her family. Julie chose to move to TMR for its services, the local schools, the tranquility of the town and the bilingual aspect of our town.
It is a privilege for Julie to continue representing the interests of TMR residents, this time on Town Council. She enjoys living in TMR and wants to continue giving back to the community and ensure that every generation gets to enjoy its many services.
INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL POLITICS
Julie’s interest in municipal politics is a natural evolution of her many years defending parents’ and children’s interests at our local schools. She continues to be interested in the community’s schools and children’s programs. As such, she also wants to ensure increased safety around our parks and schools. She is a big believer in the new Sports and Community center as it will provide services to our multi-generational community.
